After 14 years long run (start of 2012, end of 2025) what is the same time as legendary Magellan Fund managed by Peter Lynch I am not anymore caring too much about year over year performance. Instead I am now thinking more in terms of decades. From time to time I will update the performance but it won't be on regular basis.

I strongly believe that investing is not just about making money but even more about allocating capital in areas of economy that have the biggest potential to make life on Earth better for everybody. Therefore I am holding except of my top 20 positions above multiple other positions mainly in biotechnology sector (like for example Amgen or Gilead Sciences). I am also investing in multiple new trends including space travel sector, defense industry and GLP-1 & Co.

Note - December 2025: Not updating this section anymore since for me is financially smarter to rent/lease housing & cars (I will not post here rented/leased stuff) and invest in stocks ... but I did buy some nice things in the past with few photos below

You might wonder why? Let me give you two examples. 1) Let's say I buy 10 thousand euros worth car and in 4 years it's worth 5 thousand. But if I keep that money invested in 4 years that original 10 thousand will be 20 thousand euros. Even after assuming all costs and fees leasing is better for me. 2) Real estate is smarter investment than cars obviously but let's say I buy 100 thousand euros worth flat and in 4 years it's worth 120 thousand but the same 100 thousand invested on Wall Street is worth in 4 years (given my long-term performance) more than 200 thousand euros. Renting is also quite cheap in Bratislava (rental yield vs buying price) so the choice is quite obvious for me.
